about

For this soundscape composition I went to the Calgary central library in mid winter to early spring of 2019 and recorded sounds with a Zoom H5. In the studio I was looking for naturally occurring rhythms and accentuated them with repetition and minimal processing. This was originally for 8 channel ambisonics, but has been mixed down to stereo.
